Mission to Our Caregivers
Caregivers are the heart and soul of Partners in Senior Care. They are the front line providers of the Plan of Care initiated by the Care Manager. For this reason, our caregivers must meet our Employment Standards and all are oriented prior to hire the standards and practices of care of Partners in Senior Care. This orientation is done by the Administrative Team. Less than 20% of applicants meet our standards and are placed with clients.
It is our belief that there is a direct correlation between the "care of the caregiver" and the care of the client. For this reason we hold annual employee recognition events in October. Superior care is recognized and rewarded. We provide Health Insurance and Vacation Benefits. Additionally, it is our habit to send thank you notes of recognition to caregivers and phone cards or gift certificates in recognition of care that goes above and beyond.
