Medication Safety should be a top concern among seniors and their families. Partners in Senior Care provides medication reminders to seniors who receive in home care from a Partners in Senior Care caregiver. It's important that medication is taken as prescribed.

Here are some facts, so we understand how very important this is for everyone, especially the senior population.

67% of Americans over 50 years of age take an average of 4 prescription drugs daily—that’s an average! So, many are taking greater than 4 prescription drugs daily. Many of these prescription drugs are taken are taken more than once a day.

Older American use many OTC medications: low dose aspirin, vitamins, and calcium. Just to name a few!

Obviously, the more pills one takes, the greater the margin of error.
